How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in: 14pm and check-out: 12am.
Can I leave the room late?
Please request at the reception.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
Yes.
We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
Yes, on request. The stay is free for children less than 12 years old.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
No.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 6 storeys and a lift.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?

Public Parking, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The rate is 27€/24h.
Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, there is a computer for the clients in the lounge.

Do you have high-speed Internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
It is a Wi-Fi connection.
Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
Yes, the Superior and Deluxe rooms. Ask during your booking.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English and Spanish.
Where may I rent a car?
The reception will help to find one.
How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
At 3.7 km, 20 minutes by bus or by metro.
How far is the Louvre Museum?
At 1.4km, it is 20 minutes walking from the hotel.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long is it?
The rate is 50€ approx.
How is the district where the hotel is?
It is a breezy district with original and amusing boutiques, a coloured and lively market and entertaining terraces to have a break during your discovery days.
I am travelling to assist at an exhibition in Porte de Versailles: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
Yes, it is 20 minutes from the hotel by metro.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
